Payette High School DECA prepares learners to become emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality, management, and business-related career pathways. Through competitive events, leadership opportunities, real-world experiences, and community involvement, DECA learners develop the skills needed for success in college, careers, and life beyond high school.

DECA provides learners opportunities to strengthen communication, professionalism, collaboration, critical thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills while building confidence and meaningful connections.
